If you enjoy having a a drink from time to time, leave your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and leave all cash, credit cards and cheques back at the hotel. Grab whatever money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could have a profit after a drunken night out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. The two just don’t go well together.
Leaving your cash back at the hotel might be a little excessive, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you can afford to burn your money nary a concern, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up head loses all the cash!
Allow me to take this one step more. do not drink alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my house, but considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink and bet.
How come? Even though I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s certainly sufficient to blur my judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
