If you happen to gain, put the winnings in a separate cup. Do not spend your earnings regardless of what happens. Once you have gambled through your initial predetermined range, stop. Depart, regardless if it is online or in a brick and mortar casino, do not stick at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Obviously, this scheme can function for any casino game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, twenty-one or any other casino game.
Keep in mind, betting should be enjoyable not burdensome, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you cannot manage the losses, do not ever start.
